Human Resources Advisor (East) Department: Human Resources
Location: Rivers

Job Description:

• Implement HR operational action plans aligned to the overall MTN Group HR Strategy and business plan
• Conducts needs analysis and implement appropriate solutions and interventions
• Implement HR Systems practices, policies and procedures
• Prepare cost effective Talent Acquisition remuneration packaged to suit customers
• Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
• Assist in the recruitment, placing and on-boarding process for new staff
• Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and up to date job profile in order to meet Business requirements
• Implement EE targets
• Manage staff retention and exit formalities
• Provide input into and maintain HR management system for region
• Utilize all resources and initiatives available to Human Resource effectively e.g. Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Staff Well Being, Acquisition & Retention, COE infrastructures etc
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions Reporting To: HR Manager Required Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years working experience with at least 2 years in General HR roles spanning:
o Industrial Relations
o Employee Relations
o HR Administration
o HR Operation
Experience in Telecommunication industry would be an advantage
Employment Status : Permanent

Qualification:
First degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related discipline
