Job Title Customer Care Representative
Department: Customer Relations

Location: Enugu, Portharcourt, Ikoyi, Kano and Kaduna

Job Description: Resolve Customer Queries
• Identify and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, whilst maintaining the acceptable service quality standard
• Follow through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution and feedback
• Escalate and route customer issues to the relevant process operators
• Perform necessary system transactions related to customer request
• Use organization and time management tools to track cases and meet turn-around-times and other required metrics.
Promote Company Products and Services
• Market MTN products and services to current and potential customers
• Provide advice to customers on what package(s) will suit their needs
• Enlighten and educate customers on new products and initiatives within MTN
• Educate customer on use of products and services
• Provide information regarding account or product enquiries
Reports
• Document actions taken to resolve client problems.
• Generate periodic reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by team lead
• Combine customer care, sales, and routine administrative tasks

Job Description:

• Implement HR operational action plans aligned to the overall MTN Group HR Strategy and business plan
• Conducts needs analysis and implement appropriate solutions and interventions
• Implement HR Systems practices, policies and procedures
• Prepare cost effective Talent Acquisition remuneration packaged to suit customers
• Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
• Assist in the recruitment, placing and on-boarding process for new staff
• Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and up to date job profile in order to meet Business requirements
• Implement EE targets
• Manage staff retention and exit formalities
• Provide input into and maintain HR management system for region
• Utilize all resources and initiatives available to Human Resource effectively e.g. Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Staff Well Being, Acquisition & Retention, COE infrastructures etc
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions Reporting To: HR Manager Required Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years working experience with at least 2 years in General HR roles spanning:
o Industrial Relations
o Employee Relations
o HR Administration
o HR Operation
Experience in Telecommunication industry would be an advantage
Employment Status : Permanent

Qualification:
First degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related discipline
