Goal of the Job:

To coordinate effective execution of Property Rollout.
Role Description:

Monitor second cuts released from RF on every plan
Circulate coverage and site acquisition priority plan according to site build plan to all Region.
Ensure that updates of database from regions are prompt and accurate.
Ensure that all property acquisition from regions are cost effective and is within Celtel approved price schedule by preparing quarterly expense report
Ensure that Pricing Schedule is periodically reviewed and in line with Open Market Valuation of properties for similar use
Ensure that all site acquired in the regions have obtained necessary NCAA approval before they are built and manage queries regarding NCAA permit and report back to stakeholders.
Maintain updated V-operations database; property status and community issues and NETSTAT.
Produce weekly and monthly reports to Manager – Site Acquisition Central
Strategic Relationship Management and liaison on SAQ issues matters
Collates Access Letters issued by Regional Property managers and promptly issue same to Project Management Division
